After a decade leading Indiana’s top-selling Keller Williams team to nearly 3,000 closings, Eric has held multiple leadership roles at KW. He co-authored KW’s MREA Playbook Volume 3, distilling how Mega Agents are using AI to transform the real estate industry. In addition to guiding KW’s AI education strategy, Eric works alongside Gary Keller to shape the future of real estate team expansion.
In 2022, Eric was named to HousingWire’s Top Leaders Under 40 while leading Livian, the nation’s third-largest real estate team, across 70+ markets through its sale to Place. Leveraging machine learning and insights from working with hundreds of top real estate teams, Eric led the industry’s largest data-driven research project to uncover why so many teams drown in complexity and earn less than they deserve—along with the models that work for any team, in any market.
He hosts two no-fluff podcasts where he talks AI agents, why P&Ls are sexy, and the engineering brilliance of the Panama Canal—all in one breath. Work-life balance? Still a work in progress. Eric enjoys too many podcasts, experimenting with his health, deleting unread emails, and with help from his wife, Lauren, outwitting their seven-year-old son, Hudson.
