Many of these attendees become clients of The Kathy Chiero Group when they are ready to sell their homes amounting to 6- figure GCI each year. Kathy has become a sought after speaker on downsizing on local television/news and at area Life Planned Communities creating a coveted endorsement in front of homeowners actively seeking to sell their homes and downsize.
In the last decade Kathy has hosted over 30 events, and dozens of learning opportunities to Senior homeowners through HOA/COA invitations, professional groups, retirement centers and senior centers. She has written “Got Stuff Get Help” -a resource guide to getting rid of stuff. The Forward was written by and contributions added to this book by Peter Walsh, New York Times best selling author and popular host of the HGTV show “Let it Go.”
